Crabs Legs In Chili Sauce

Ingredients

Crab's Legs
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon saracha
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium onion sliced
1 stalk of celery, chopped
cup sugar
For the crab breading mix:
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons five star spice

Preparation

Rinse crabs thoroughly. Pat to dry. Coat crabs with breading mix. Shake off excess breading.

Heat up a wok. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil. Fry the breaded crabs. Set aside.

Using the same wok. add a little bit more of oil. Saute the garlic, onions and ginger. Add ketchup, oyster sauce, hoisin and siracha and sugar. Now depending on your taste, you may want to add more siracha and sugar at this point. Give a quick stir. Add breaded crabs and allow the crabs to be cooked. This will take just a few minutes, maybe around 5-8 minutes. Cook further until the sauce is thick and will coat the crabs.
