1 1/2 cup Gram flour
1 tomato chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 tablespoon ginger chopped
1 green chili chopped
Handful of Coriander chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Pinch of Baking soda
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Water as needed
Preparation

Add the besan, ginger, green chilies, chili powder, turmeric powder, hung curd, garam masala, baking soda and salt.

Give it a good mix.

Add some coriander leaves, tomato & onions and mix it again.

Slowly add water to get a thick flowing consistency.

Heat some oil on the pan.

Using a ladle, scoop out a bit of the batter and place it on the pan.

Let it cook on both sides well.

It will turn golden brown.
