Vegetable Manchurian

Ingredients

1/4 cup finely chopped French beans-
2 finely chopped green Onion- table spoons
1 finely ginger and Garlic each- Table spoons
4 Corn flour- Table
1/4 tablespoon MSG-
3 tablespoons Sweet Tomato sauce-
2 tablespoons Soya sauce-
2 tablespoons Butter-
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Preparation

Take the shredded Cabbage, Carrot, French Beans in bowl and microwave or steam for 5 minutes. Ensure its not overcooked.

After the Vegetables cool down, add Slat, 4 tbs all purpose flour, 2 tbs Corn starch, add 3 tbs oil and make small balls, mix thoroughly, deep fry them and keep them aside. Take 1tbs corn flour/starch mix in 1/4 cup water and keep it aside.

Heat 2 tbs butter and add minced garlic fry for 1 min and add long slit green chilies ( or green chili sauce) stir fry for 5 more minutes and add soy sauce, sweet tomato sauce, corn flour stock, MSG and let it cook for 5 more minutes . Finally add the fried vegetable balls, mix well and turn off the stove.
