THE TASTY 'PAKORAS'.
Ingredients
3\4 Cup Bengal gram flour,
1-2 Tbsp Onion and Potato,
2 Tbsp Carrot,
2 Tbsp Corn (grated),
1 Tbsp Paneer (grated),
1\8 Tsp Turmeric pd
1\8 Tsp Coriander pd,
1\2 Tsp Red Chilly pd,
A Pinch Soda bi carb,
Salt to taste,
1 Tbsp Hot Oil.
Preparation

Make a batter of the above listed. Put oil to fry to heat

and drop 15- 20 small pakoras, when golden brown,

take them out and put on kitchen tissue.

TIP: Add little rice flour to get more crisp pakoras.
