Potato Gulasch

Ingredients

2 pounds Potatoes, sliced
1 pound Extra lean ground beef
4 tablespoons Margarine or butter
1 lrg Onion, chopped
2 Bay leaves
1 cup Water
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Saute onion in margarine; add meat & fry until browned. Add potatoes, bay leaves, water, salt & pepper to taste. Do not stir. Cover & simmer about 20 minutes.
