Sausage Pasta

Ingredients

A couple of large onions
A handful of frozen peas or enough fresh mange tout for 2
1 can Chopped tomatoes

Preparation

Boil pasta as you fry sausages.

When the sausages are done, slice them into thin circles and fry the onions, then add the sausages, the tin of tomatoes, a squirt of puree, a bit of tarragon, seasoning and a smidgen of chilli. Boil peas/mange tout.

Drain pasta, add knob of butter, pour sausage, tomatoes etc on top and put green vegetables on the side. Delicious with a bit of french bread and a glass of rough red wine.
