Ingredients
2 pounds small
red potato
1/2 cup
pesto
salt
freshly ground
pepper
2 tablespoons chopped
chives
Pesto
2
garlic
, cloves, chopped
2 cups fresh
basil
, leaves
1/4 cup
pine nuts
1/2 cup
olive oil
1/2 cup
parmesan cheese
salt
, to taste
pepper
, to taste
Preparation
1
Prepare pesto (see recipe).

Scrub potatoes and
cut
in half.

Combine with pesto and
salt
and pepper.

Wrap
in one or 2 layers of heavy foil and
grill
for 10-12 minutes on each side until tender.

Pesto:Place garlic, basil, pine nuts and olive oil in food processor. Process until smooth.

Stir
in Parmesan and
salt
and pepper.
