2 Beaten
eggs
small Chopped
onion
10 grams
Butter
10 mls
Oil
100 grams Frozen
vegetable
mix
, cooked to microwave instructio
Salt
and
pepper
to taste
Preparation

Fry
the onion in oil and butter without colour. Add the cooked vegetables,
top
up with the eggs,
season
and let set in the pan.

When fully cooked,
fold
in half and
serve
with
mashed
potatoes and garden peas.
