Gluten-Free Chocolate-Pecan Quickbread

Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup vanilla-honey Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Butter a 5"x9" loaf pan.

Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans.

In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, applesauce, yogurt, vanilla and melted butter.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan and transferring to a wire rack.
