Ingredients

In a Large pot gently fry onions in the oile untill gloden

Stir in spice and cook for 2 minutes longer

Add the chicken and turn in onion mixture over medium heat add tomatoes and cinnamon cover

And simmer 10 minutes

Add Water

Wash the rice until runs clear then drain and stir
7
Add the rice and stir gently into pot contents return to the boil

Reduce heat and cover tightly . Simmer for 20 minutes
9
When cooked stir carefully once more .cover and leave off the heat for 5 minutes
