Salmon Balls

Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can salmon, undrained
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup pancake flour

Preparation

Combine salmon, egg, onion, salt, pepper and flour. Mix until blended. Dip by teaspoon into deep fat (375 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown). Drain.
