Ingredients

salmon
, undrained

egg
, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons grated
onion
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
1/2 cup
pancake
flour
Preparation
1
Combine salmon, egg, onion,
salt
, pepper and flour.
Mix
until
blended.
Dip by teaspoon into deep fat (375 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown). Drain.
