Ingredients

6 tablespoons Sesame seed roasted then powder
1 teaspoon Sesame seed whole roasted
4 teaspoons Coriander whole roasted then powder
4 teaspoons Cumin whole roasted then powder
Fennel whole roasted then powder
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Sumak

Preparation

Roast material individually or combine them and then roast except sesame which is to be roasted separately.

Then mix other material.

The Dukka of Madina Munawara is liked by me very much. It goes well with Chat, Dates, fruits and Pita Bread brushed with olive oil and Dukka sprinkled over it.
