Cabbage Cooked In Milk

Ingredients

1 qt. cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons fat, melted
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Add cabbage to milk and simmer for 2 minutes. Mix flour and fat and add a little of the hot milk. Stir into cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. About 95 calories per serving.
