2 pounds Lamb, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup Salad oil
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper, freshly ground
6 Bay leaves
4 Small tomatoes, halved
2 Green peppers, cubed
2 Small eggplants, cubed
