Greek Lamb Stew
Ingredients
1/4 cup All-purpose flour
          
          
          3 pounds Lamb, cut into 2" cubes
          1/4 cup Olive oil
          1 Bay leaf
          1/4 teaspoon Ground thyme
          1/4 teaspoon Dried rosemary
          1 cl Garlic
          2 cups Chicken stock
          1 cup White wine
          1 can Tomato sauce
          2 smalls white onions, blanched
          1/2 cup Black olives, pitted
