Soft Taffy

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Cook ingredients over medium heat in a large pan until sugar dissolves. Add 1/2 cup whipping cream to mixture and cook to firm ball stage. Pour onto a buttered plate and cool until cool enough to handle. Butter hands and pull taffy until it loses its glossy color. cut with scissors and roll in powdered sugar.

Wrap in pieces of wax paper. RF4RP
