Ingredients
3 1/2 cups cut
potatoes
1/4 cup melted
butter
1 env.
onion soup mix
Preparation
1
Dip potatoes into
melted butter.
Place soup
mix
in a paper bag. Add potatoes, a few at a time, and shake until
coated.
Place potatoes in a 13 x 0 inch pan.
Bake
at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes,
turning
once.
