Pear-Oat Almond Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup pear, diced
1/4 cup whole grain oats
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup skyr plain yogurt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon agave
1/2 cup ice

Place the pear, oats, soy milk, yogurt, cinnamon, agave and ice into a kitchen blender. Blend on high for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally until completely blended. Serve right away.
