Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients
1 3 pound Pork Tenderloin
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine honey, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Sprinkle tenderloin liberally with salt and pepper. Coat tenderloin well with the sauce. Place tenderloin in a shallow pan and roast for 20 - 25 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted registers 155 - 160 degrees. If you want the tenderloin to keep its shape, you will need to truss it with kitchen string. Slice to serve.
