Strawberry Kiwi Sorbet
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
3 small kiwis, peeled and seeded
1 cup water
2 Tbsp stevia blend
In a small saucepan heat water over medium heat. Add stevia and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Place strawberries, kiwi, water in blender. Blend until smooth.
Let the blend rest for a couple minutes.
Pour mix into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufactures directions.
Transfer to container with lid and freeze for at least 2 hours.
