Pilaf

Ingredients

185 grams of rice
1/2 of chicken, chopped
1 onion, chopped
5 mediums carrots, grated or finely chopped
Salt, pepper to taste
3 bay leaves
Oil

Preparation

Heat up oil in a saucepan and fry chicken for 5 minutes.

Then add onion, garlic, carrot, salt and pepper, bay leaves and sauté for approximately 30 min.

Add chicken stock or water, ½ can of tomato and simmer for a few minutes.

Add rice and cook further 15-20 min or until rice is tender.

Sprinkle with parsley on top if desired.
