Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Ripe mango, peeled, pitted, chopped, (approx. 1-1/4 cups)
3/4 cup Milk, skim, chilled
1/4 cup Nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 pch Salt
Fresh mint sprigs

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with mint.
