Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients

5 slcs toasted white bread, cut in small pcs
salt & pepper, to taste
6 tablespoons butter
milk, as needed

Preparation

Boil cauliflower in salted water until done. Drain. Core and break cauliflower into pieces. While hot, add butter and toast pieces and mix.

Add milk until moist (not too dry). Salt and pepper to taste. Place in greased Pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until nicely browned on top.
