Kale With Garlic and Lemon

Ingredients

4 fresh Swiss chard leaves
4 fresh Lacinato kale leaves
4 fresh Collard green leaves
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested, juiced
to taste, salt

Preparation

Rinse and rough chop all the greens and place them into a large bowl.

Add olive oil to a large pot or saute pan and place over high heat.

Once oil is hot, reduce heat to medium high and add all the greens. Stir quickly for 1 minute.

Add garlic and stir for another 2 minutes. Add stock and stir. Squeeze fresh lemon and add lemon zest and stir.

Note greens cook down to more than half their original size.
