Macaroni-and-Cheese Bake

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 oz)
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green bell pepper chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz) undiluted
1 jar diced pimiento - (2 oz) undrained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
