Medallions with Spinach and fioli

Ingredients

200 grams fioli (or similar pasta- like casarecce)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
500 grams fresh spinach, cleaned and cut into strips
150 grams feta cheese, coarsely grated
Marinade for the meat:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Marinate the steaks for at least 15 minutes.

Cook pasta according to manufacturer’s instructions, drain, set aside and keep warm.

Grill the steaks in a grill skillet for about 5 minutes on each side. Set aside and keep warm.

Sauté garlic briefly in olive oil.

Add spinach, stir and sauté briefly until spinach has wilted slightly.

Add feta and spinach to the fioli, stir and combine and serve with grilled medallions.
