Mushroom Madness

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Pinch dried oregano
Pinch dried tarragon
3 ounces Olive oil
1 1/2 pounds Mushrooms sliced
1 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons All purpose flour
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Chicken broth
2 tablespoons Dry sherry
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Curry powder or to taste
6 slc seedless Russian rye bread (I use pumpernickel).
3 cups Shredded Swiss cheese
