Tuna and Spaghetti - Italian Style

Ingredients
2 tablespoons EVOO
1 (28oz) can Fire Roasted Tomatoes (Muir Glen)
1/2 medium onion, frenched
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
Red pepper flakes
Kosher Salt
Can of Tonnato with its oil
1/2 pound Dreamfields Spaghetti
Bay leaf
1 tablespoon tomato paste (tube is best)
1 tablespoon prepared pesto (tube is best)
Parsley for garnish

Add tuna and oil and simmer while pasta is cooking.

We love this recipe because I always have the ingredients on my pantry. It's super fast, super tasty and super easy. When I have had a bad day, a busy day or just a day and do not want to deal with a lenghty ingredient list or cooking technique I make this. If my husband loves this.....kids will too.
