Egg Masala Dry

Ingredients

Cooking Oil,Eggs, Onions, Tomatoes,

Preparation

Boil 3 Eggs - cut them in two pieces - dip the pieces in hot oil once for a while - keep aside.

Chop finely - 1 large onion, 1 medium sized tomato and 2 small green chillies.

Heat 2 -3 spoons of oil / 4 spoonsAmul Butter if you like the taste.

Add 1-1/2 spoons garlic paste, chopped onions,tomato and green chillies - and fry till color changes,

Add a spoon and half of garam masala, half spoon red chilli powder and a spoon of salt (as per taste).

Add the boiled & fried egg pieces to this mixture and cook further for 3- 5 minutes till the masala and eggs blend well.

Add fresh corrainader and squeeze half lemon on top!

Cut the other half of lemon in rings - decorate along with 2-3 green chillies on top and serve with hot rotis!

About

A fast and quick to make recipe when you have some sudden & non vegeterain guests at home and do not really have any preparation for any of the non-veg dish - this one comes in handy as a substitute.

One can replace eggs with Soya cubes - just that you have to marinate them in milk first - then squeeze - add garlic paste/red chilli powder/garam masala and curd....marinate further for 3 hrs and then follow the recipe as above!
