Pumpkin-Spiced Butter

Ingredients
80 grams unsalted butter, softened
90 grams sugar
120 grams unsweetened desiccated coconut
40 grams almond powder
200 grams pumpkin butter
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar in mixer until light and fluffy

Scrape down the side of the mixing bowl with a spatula and add eggs while mixer is on low, one at a time, until completely incorporated

Scrape down the sides again and mix in the pumpkin butter and pumpkin pie spices

Add coconut and almond powder and allow to mix until incorporated
