Ingredients
1 3/4 cups
Flour
2 teaspoons
Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
Soda
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
2/3 cup
Sugar
cup Shortning

Eggs
beaten
1 cup
Bananas
(mashed)
1 cup Chopped
walnuts
(optional)
Preparation

Mix
all ingredients together. Let mixture rest for 10 minutes in loaf pan before
baking
.

For a large loaf pan
bake
350 for 70 minutes.

2 small loaf pans 350 for 45 minutes.
