Pita Pizza Snacks

Ingredients
2 (4 inch) whole wheat pitas
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 package Pepperoni slices (optional)
Preparation

Split pita breads in half and top each half with tomato sauce, cheese, green pepper, pepperoni and mushrooms.

Place on paper towel lined serving plate and microwave 1 1/2 to 2 min or until cheese melts, rotating plate after half the time.
