Camembert French Bread

Ingredients
1 loaf french bread (Earth Grains ready to bake is great!)
4 ounces Camembert cheese, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice bread in half horizontally. In a saucepan cook butter (butter), cheese, onion, basil and salt for 5 minutes, stirring to break up the cheese. Spread half of the mixture on the bottom half of bread. Cover with the top half and spread top with remaining cheese mixture. Wrap securely in foil. Bake for 15 minutes; open foil and bake 5 more minutes or until done. Slice diagonally into 2 inch slices. The bread
