Quick Schzewan Rice

Ingredients

2 cups Rice (cooked),
3 cups Vegetables like Cauliflower, Corn,
Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Capsicum
1 tablespoon Schzewan Sauce,
1 tablespoon Oil,
1 teaspoon Pepper powder,
Salt to taste
GRIND TO PASTE:
2 wholes Red Chilly,
A piece of Ginger,
4 cloves of Garlic

Preparation

Put a pan to heat add oil, ground paste and the vegetables. ( cut the vegetables into long pieces). Stir for few minutes. In the cooked rice add salt, pepper pd, chilly sauce, schzewan sauce, mix well, add to the pan . Serve hot.
