Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups lukewarm water
5 cups flour
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast, cake mix and salt in the lukewarm water. Add flavor and mix in flour. Allow to rise for about 1 hour. Punch down. Roll out in rectangle shape on floured surface. Brush with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over buttered surface. Roll up and slice 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick pieces. Place in greased baking pan. Let rise for about 45 minutes and then bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. May be glazed with a thin mixture of powdered sugar.
