Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
5 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 egg
1 teaspoon mustard
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter or margine
1/2 a box of elbow pasta

Add cheddar cheese a little at a time until melted

Add cheddar cheese soup,blend together until melted

In large bowl add the cheese

Add salt and pepper

Add elbows to cheese sauce mix

Add mac and chees into crock pot and place lid

Slow cook for 2 hours or so

About a 1/2 an hour before mac and cheese is done sprinkle shredded cheese on top

this is one of my favorate dishes because my family loves mac and cheese and after a lot of trial and error I finally got it down. I also did a lot of experimenting and thats where the cheddar cheese soup comes in thats the trick for the creamyness of this dish also the crock pot makes it smoth.so I hope you will agree and enjoy
