Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients

2 Large Potatoes,
2 teaspoons Schewan Sauce,
2 teaspoons Chilly Sauce,
1 teaspoon Garlic Paste,
2 tablespoons Corn Flour,
Salt to taste
5 cloves Garlic,
2 tablespoons Schewan Sauce,
2 tablespoons Chilly Sauce,
2 tablespoons Tomato sauce,
1 tablespoon Oil,
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil the potatoes with the skin.

Cut into big pieces with the skin as wedges.

Marinate the potato pieces in schewan sauce,

Chilly sauce, garlic paste, chilly pd and salt.

Put oil to fry to heat, on the potato wedges sprinkle

Corn flour. Fry in oil and keep on paper tissue.

Put a pan to heat add the oil, garlic, onion, stir add

The chilly sauce, schewan sauce, tomato sauce .Also add the fried potato wedges and sugar, salt to taste. Serve hot.
