Triple Fudge Cake
Ingredients
cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350F.

Grease bottom of 13 by 9 inch pan with shortening;lightly flour.

Add applesauce and eggs, then beat on low for 30 more seconds.

Beat on medium speed for two minutes.

Spread batter in pan.

Drop melted chocolate mixture over the pan.

Bake 38-43 minutes.

Run knife around the side of the pan to loosen cake.

Cool for two hours.

Store at room temperature.
