Cut in pieces, roll in flour and brown in skillet to which you have melted 4 tablespoons of shortening or oil. Place meat in 9 x 13 inch cake pan and pour over the following: 1 can onion soup 1 cancream of chicken soup 1 can mushrooms
Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder or garlic salt.Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is tender. Serve over hot mashed potatoes or wild rice, cooked with chicken broth.
