Ingredients

500 grams flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs
pinch of salt
225 grams butter
295 grams brown sugar
pecans

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter together

Add in flour, eggs, extracts and salt

When this forms a dough roll into cylinder, wrap in cling film and leave in fridge overnight

Cut into biscuits

Put onto baking sheet and put a pecan on each

Cook at 350 for 10 mins or until browned
