Beef and Bean Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 green bell peppers - sliced
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion – sliced
3 cloves garlic – crushed and chopped
15 ounces Can black beans – drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Jack cheese
1 cup chunky salsa
1/4 cup fresh cilantro – chopped
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
