Meatballs With Cherry Sauce

Ingredients

Stew 1 finely chopped onion in butter over low heat until soft. Let the onion cool.
Mix 300 grams minced beef with the stewed onion, 1 egg and some breadcrumbs.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Roll into balls.
Roll the balls in a little flour.
Bake the meatballs in hot butter over medium heat brown.
Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with a little water to a paste.
Put in a separate pan 1 jar cherries with the juice and the cornstarch paste and let it heat slowly over medium heat
.
