Stir - Fry Tofu and Bean Sprout In Soy Sauce
1 gram 200 of bean sprout
2 1 tomato, cut into wedges
3 pieces 2 of tofu (solid), sliced into 8 cubes
4 cloves 3 of garlic, sliced thinly
5 2 shallots, sliced thinly
6 1 red chilli, sliced thinly
7 cups ¼ of sweet soy sauce (I use Adabi)
8 spoons 3- 4 of salty soy sauce (subjective)
10 tablespoons 2 of frying oil
Heat oil in a pan
Toss in the shallot, garlic and tofu. Stir till fragrant (I like my tofu to be firmed up, that's why I put them in early)
Next, the bean sprouts go in with the soy sauces.
Simple vege for lazy people like me who rarely cook nowadays...
Ready to eat with piping hot rice and my favourite fried fish.
