Christmas meatballs
Ingredients
500 grams of mince
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg yolk
½ grated onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch of ground allspice
1 pinch of ground ginger
1 pinch ground cinnamon
butter for frying
Preparation

Let the bread crumbs and spices swell in milk.

Grate the onion. Mix mince, onion and breadcrumbs until smooth.

Roll the mince to grape-sized meatballs, one tip is to soak your hands before you roll

Fry in butter over medium heat.
