How to make Pancake Sandwich
Ingredients
Jowar: 1 cup
Baking powder: 2 Teaspoon
Milk: 1 cup
Brown sugar: 1 Teaspoon
Fruits of choice, sliced very thin: 1 Cup
Oil: 1 Tablespoon
Jam: 1/4 Cup or 10g
Desiccated Coconut: 1/4 Cup
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together and whisk

Mix all wet ingredients together and whisk till blended

Stir together the dry and wet ingredients till smooth

Heat a pan and pour a ladle of pancake mixture. On top, pour a spoonful jam and sprinkle fruits. Add a little desiccated coconut. Spread a little batter on top to cover.

Flip and cook till lightly brown on both sides

Top with some more desiccated coconut if you wish and pack in tiffin with some nuts and fruits.
