Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup o plain lowfat yogurt
2 teaspoons o 1 1 ⁄ grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons o 1 ⁄ kosher salt
4 o boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 5 oz each)

Remove chicken from bag and place on prepared pan (discard bag and its contents). Broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
