Peking Ribs

Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons Steels Gourmet Jam Variety-Pak (any flavor)
3 tablespoons American Spoon bbq sauce
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 pkt sugar substitute
4 pounds country-style spareribs

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fruit jam, barbecue sauce, garlic, and sugar substitute. Brush both sides of ribs with mixture. Place ribs in slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
