Angel Buns

Ingredients

1 pkt yeast
1 tablespoon Sugar
cup Warm water (105-115)
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
cup Milk

Preparation

Dissolve yeast & sugar in warm water in medium bowl. Mix in baking mix & milk until dough forms. Gently smooth into a ball on surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with 2" biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until soft & puffed. Heat oven to 425. Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. For high altitude: Let rise for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 450. Bake 5 minutes.
