Green Capsicum and Garlic Chutney

Ingredients

1 cup Capsicum, sliced
1/2 cup corriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
50 grams grated coconut or roasted gram
water to make chutney or spread

Grind all the above ingredients to paste and season with mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida.

Thus a combination of these two to make a chutney for dosa or a spread on bread at breakfast.
