Halloumi Cheese and Spinach Curry

Ingredients
250 grams halloumi-
2 tablespoons curry paste
2 teaspoons butter
500 grams baby spinach
handful coriander
Preparation

Halloumi stir fried in a little oil

Leave to one side

Then throw in a load of baby spinach and some coriander till spinach wilts

Add the cheese back in till warm

Serve with lemon and mango chutney
